Red Bell Pepper Dip
This red bell pepper dip is a delicious with veggie sticks, pita bread or chips
Ingredients
- 1.5 red bell peppers save the leftover half for your next salad!
- ½ cup walnuts
- 1 small clove garlic
- 1.5 Tbs. nutritional yeast
- ½ tsp. sea salt
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- Pinch of cayenne pepper
- ½ tsp. cumin
- 1 Tbs. olive oil
- 1 Tbs. sunflower seeds for topping
Instructions
- Blend or process all the ingredients together in a blender or food processor until smooth
Notes
- Use it as a delicious dip with veggie sticks, pita bread or chips
- You can even add some sunflower seeds on top for an extra protein boost
- The dip can be saved in the fridge for a few days
- It is super versatile, you can use it as a dip, dressing, or just by itself
