Ingredients
- 2 cans of diced tomatoes
- 4 cups water
- 4 Tbsp (GF) veggie soup powder
- 1/2 cup (28 g) shredded cheddar (V) cheese
- 2 Tbsp tomato paste
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into a high-quality blender (I use the Vitamix) container in order listed and secure lid
- Increase speed to high
- Blend for 5-6 minutes or until heavy steam escapes through the vented lid
