Pizza Wrap Sandwich
Create a quick, easy, and simple lunch that is super versatile!
Ingredients
- 2 tortillas or another wrap
- Pizza sauce
- Grated cheese such as mozzarella
- Favorite pizza toppings such as olives tomatoes, bell peppers, mushrooms, artichokes
- Olive oil
Instructions
- Spray a couple of tortilla wraps with olive oil, place them on a baking tray, and bake them in the hot oven for five minutes until they are lightly toasted
- Add the pizza sauce, grated cheese, and your favorite topping
- Return the wraps back to the oven and bake for another five minutes until the cheese starts to bubble
- After a couple of minutes of cooling time, fold the wraps into semi-circles before cutting them into triangles
Notes
- The wraps can be wrapped in foil and taken to school still warm
- Or save some time in the morning and prepare them the night before and enjoy the wraps cold
