No-Bake Holiday Cookies
Ingredients
- ½ cup butter plus more for shaping cookies
- 1 10 oz package marshmallows
- 1 tsp green food coloring as desired
- 6 cups cornflakes
- Red cinnamon candies (as desired for topping)
Instructions
- Melt Butter: In a large pot, melt butter over low heat.
- Add Marshmallows: Stir in marshmallows and cook, stirring constantly, until melted and smooth.
- Color the Mixture: Remove from heat and mix in food coloring (optional). Add more if needed to get your desired color.
- Add Cornflakes: Stir in cornflakes until they’re fully coated.
- Shape Wreaths: Rub a little butter on your hands to prevent sticking. Shape the mixture into small wreaths.
- Decorate: Add cinnamon candies as decorations (optional).
- Cool: Let the wreaths cool completely before storing.
