Mac and Cheese

Equipment
- 1 Vitamix Blender or other high-speed blender
Ingredients
- ¼ cup 30 g (GF)all-purpose flour
- ¼ cup 30 g (plant-based) butter
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 11/3 cup 320 ml (plant-based) milk
- 8 oz 277 g American cheese or any other mild yellow cheese, cubed
- 1/2 teaspoon yellow mustard
Instructions
- Place milk, butter, mustard, flour, and salt into a food processor and secure the lid
- Blend on high speed for 4 minutes or until heavy steam escapes from the lid
- Reduce the speed and add cheese
- Blend for 30 seconds
- Enjoy this cheezy dreamz sauce by mixing it with elbow macaroni, broccoli or using it as a dip with other veggies
