Lavender Sleep Elixir Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 tsp edible lavender steeped like tea or lavender syrup I like this one: https://amzn.to/3YGRryI
  • 2 teaspoons honey stevia, or coconut nectar (optional)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract alcohol-free

Instructions
 

  • Heat the almond milk, cinnamon stick, and lavender in a small saucepan over medium heat to just under a boil.
  • Stir in vanilla extract and maple syrup for additional 1 minute. Strain and enjoy!
