Adding Variety to your Exercise Programs 

As a health economics professor, I see my fitness classes as an extension of my full-time teaching career. I have been teaching thousands of group fitness classes for 15 years, and have earned certifications in various fitness specialty areas. 

Body Pump: Barbell workout

Body Pump is an intense barbell workout that is designed to challenge all major muscle groups. The upbeat music is empowering and the workout includes squats, chest/shoulder presses, lifts, and curls. It is great for beginners and might become your favorite full-body workout!

Total Body Resistance Exercise (TRX)

Total Body Resistance Exercise (TRX) uses suspension straps to work your full body. It is an amazing way to work out in a short amount of time. The TRX straps are versatile and challenge you with your own body weight to improve strength.

Barre- Pilates

Barre combines dance, pilates and yoga to tone your full body, specifically your core.  It is the perfect workout for any beginner, as it is a low-intensity workout and it can be added to your busy day. All you need is a yoga mat and determination!

I enjoys helping others to lead a healthy lifestyle by incorporating exercise into their daily routine.

My primary goal is to inspire people to become stronger and healthier for their day-to-day lives. I give a piece of myself to everybody whom I coach.
