    How long is the Wellness Workshop?

    The workshop is structured into 21 days with fun & informational 5-minute video, accompanied by an action item, recipe, or worksheet for you to complete.

    How much time will it take per day?

    Participants experienced that it works well to set aside 10-15 minutes to complete the daily videos & action items. The workshop will also touch on time management & organizational skills.

    I purchased the wellness workshop, do I need to purchase anything else?

    No, there is no need to purchase anything else. You are all set- WELCOME!

    What if I do not know how to cook or bake?

    No worries at all, all recipes easy to follow that you can prepare them without any prior knowledge.  Most recipes use 10 ingredients or less and can be completed in about 30 minutes.

    When can I get started with the wellness workshop?

    You can start anytime and I am excited to support you along your journey!

    Will you be available for my questions?

    Yes, all members are invited to attend a Q&A via Zoom. The Journey to Wellness Facebook group forms a wonderful community too! Thus, in addition to the Zoom coaching, I am available for questions in the Facebook group!.
