The early days...
Growing up in Germany, I found my passion for storytelling and making people smile.
Yes, it all started back then!
1997
Self Confidence Struggles
My teenage years brought acne and self-doubt, but my path as a dietitian opened doors to helping others achieve wellness.
2000
Moving Across the Ocean
A Fulbright scholarship led me to the U.S., where I embraced the culture and pursued a Ph.D. at Purdue University.
2005
Doctorate in Obesity Research
With a doctorate in Applied Economics, I specialized in Health Economics, focusing on the impacts of price & income changes affect body weight.
2007
Moving West & Starting a Family
Since 2007, I’ve been a professor in California, teaching Marketing, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship, all while raising my two amazing daughters.
