No-Bake Holiday Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup butter plus more for shaping cookies
  • 1 10 oz package marshmallows
  • 1 tsp green food coloring as desired
  • 6 cups cornflakes
  • Red cinnamon candies (as desired for topping)

Instructions
 

  • Melt Butter: In a large pot, melt butter over low heat.
  • Add Marshmallows: Stir in marshmallows and cook, stirring constantly, until melted and smooth.
  • Color the Mixture: Remove from heat and mix in food coloring (optional). Add more if needed to get your desired color.
  • Add Cornflakes: Stir in cornflakes until they’re fully coated.
  • Shape Wreaths: Rub a little butter on your hands to prevent sticking. Shape the mixture into small wreaths.
  • Decorate: Add cinnamon candies as decorations (optional).
  • Cool: Let the wreaths cool completely before storing.
