Lisa Kowalski is a personal trainer and the head coach at an Orange Theory in San Luis Obispo. Her passion for fitness began after experiencing a season-ending injury while playing semi-pro soccer. During her rehabilitation, she noticed a lack of guidance for individuals transitioning out of physical therapy, which motivated her to specialize in personal training. Alongside her career, Lisa also dedicated many years to coaching women’s university soccer. After settling down in San Luis Obispo, she got married and had a son.
However, tragedy struck, and Lisa became a single mom and widow. Despite the challenges she has faced, Lisa remains committed to providing guidance and support to her clients and continues to contribute to the fitness industry.
