Pineapple Salsa
This pineapple salsa is quick to prepare and easy to enjoy!
Ingredients
- 2 cups diced fresh pineapple canned pineapple works too, just make sure it is not "in heavy syrup, just in juice
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 0.5 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 0.25 cup small red onion, finely chopped
- 1 Serrano pepper, seeded and finely chopped
- 1 lime, juice it and use the zest
- 1/8 teaspoon fine sea salt
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients
- For the best flavor, prepare it 30 minutes ahead of time to allow the flavors to mingle
