I am happy to be back for episode 2! Today, I will share with you how to create a one-minute mantra, which is something I mentioned during my first episode on how to find happiness in your daily hustle. Check out my bio here, if you are for the first time. 

This episode focuses on the process of creating and utilizing a 1 minute mantra as a tool for mental reset and refocusing in times of stress or overwhelm. The mantra serves as a quick and accessible technique to support one’s mental and emotional well-being.

A 1 minute mantra is condensed and it's something that you can recite in just 1 minute as the name says to make it super quick and accessible throughout the day.

Here are the three main takeaways from this episode:

1. Identify your Current Need with a 1-Minute Mantra

The first piece of advice is to identify what you need in the moment. Determine whether you need to feel more confident, relaxed, energized, or any other specific feeling that will help you move forward.

2. Brainstorm and try out different 1-Minute Mantras

Once you identify your need, it’s time to brainstorm and create possible mantras that resonate with you. Try out different mantras until you find one that feels powerful and effective for you. The mantra should feel true and meaningful, evoking positive emotions or feelings.

3. Practice and Repetition

Once you have your 1 minute mantra, practice repeating it to yourself. Find a quiet space, close your eyes, take a few deep breaths, and focus on the words and feelings the mantra evokes. The key advice here is to use positive language, frame the mantra in the present tense, and ensure that it flows and is easy to say repetitively.
