Immunity boosting tea
Ingredients
- 1 cup hot water
- 2 inches grated ginger
- 2 tsp coconut nectar or a bit of liquid stevia
- ½ lemon, juice it, if small, use the full lemon
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
- ¼ tsp turmeric
Instructions
- Pour hot water and grated ginger into pot. Bring to boil
- Strain mixture and pour into cup.
- Mix coconut nectar or maple syrup, lemon juice, cayenne pepper, and turmeric.
