1. Embrace Imperfection
The advice is to accept that perfection is impossible and instead embrace the idea of being imperfectly perfect. Each individual’s journey towards health and happiness will look different, so it’s important to find what works for oneself and not strive for an unattainable ideal.

2. Easy Access to Healthy Snacks
Prep and store fruits and vegetables in glass containers for easy and convenient access. Having them readily available in the fridge makes it easier to make healthier snacking choices and incorporate them into daily meals.
3. Schedule exercise breaks into your day
Intentionally set aside time in the day for physical activity. It can be as simple as walking or doing a quick workout. Incorporating exercise into the daily routine helps improve overall wellbeing, mental health, and productivity.
