Welcome back to the Happy Healthy Hustle Podcast

This week’s topic is: Women in Wellness (Part 1): Pilin Anice

Today’s episode is extra special! In 2022, I started a series of Instagram Live sessions called “Women in Wellness. In this podcast, I would like to share the recordings from these IG live sessions as they are truly inspirational and provide insight into the secrets of other happy healthy hustlers!

This episode shares insights from the IG live interview with my special guest, Pilin Anice, a yoga, barre, dance, and meditation instructor for Lululemon Studio.

Because we all have something to share and we all have something that can empower another person.

Here are the three main takeaways from this episode:

Piline emphasizes that joy is her superpower and believes that it allows her to tap into her personal power, overcome challenges, and find an anchor during difficult moments. She encourages tapping into joy as a foundational source of strength and resilience.

2. How Women in Wellness overcome the Inner Critic

Piline shares her experience of overcoming the self-doubt and inner criticism that many women face. She suggests acknowledging the presence of the inner critic, but not allowing it to control decisions, and drawing inspiration from Elizabeth Gilbert’s analogy of letting creativity drive the car while the inner critic sits in the backseat.

3. Finding Inspiration in Others

Piline expresses her belief in finding inspiration from everyone around her, highlighting the impact of connecting with people, learning from their experiences, and finding wisdom and insight from the shared journeys of others. She emphasizes the importance of community and mutual empowerment.

The podcast highlights these key pieces of advice from the guest, providing valuable insight into the power of joy, the resilience to navigate internal doubts, and the inspiration derived from collective experiences.
